Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

All artworks sold on this website are original lenticular artworks and/or limited-edition pieces. Due to the nature of these works, all sales are final.

I do not accept returns, and no refunds will be issued once an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

Every artwork is carefully packaged before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, I will review the issue and may offer a replacement shipment under the following conditions:

·       You must contact me within 48 hours of delivery

·       You must provide:

o   Clear photos of the damaged artwork

o   Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)

o   Your order number

If the claim is approved, I will:

·       Reship the same artwork, if available

·       Or, if the edition is sold out, offer a comparable replacement at my discretion

 

What Is Not Considered Damage

The following are not considered defects or damage:

·       Natural variations in color, depth, or visual effect inherent to lenticular art

·       Differences caused by lighting conditions or viewing angle

·       Minor surface marks that do not affect the artwork’s intended presentation

·       Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

 

Shipping Issues

I am not responsible for:

·       Shipping delays caused by carriers

·       Customs inspections, duties, or import fees

·       Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received

If a shipment is lost in transit, I will assist with filing a claim with the carrier, but a refund is not guaranteed.
